For over 10 years, Marysharon Owens has been incorporating digital into all aspects of global business for Fortune 100 companies and early stage software ventures. Marysharon’s experience leading software product management, enterprise technology strategies and creative marketing campaigns gives her a unique perspective on how to bring teams together with diverse leadership styles and competing motivations to build groundbreaking solutions that reinvent business models.

Marysharon transformed customer experience as Global Director of Digital Business & Branding Strategy at Smiths Group, plc and advanced business results across all media channels with fashion/designer partnerships, brand/category teams and creative design firms as Managing Account Director and Creative Strategist at Target Corporation. Marysharon also led Product Management and Professional Services for startup initiatives at American Well, a venture-backed Healthcare technology startup, and Microsoft’s New England Research and Development (N.E.R.D) Center in Cambridge, MA.

Marysharon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Master’s Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Zuri A. Stanback is a digital strategy and technology executive with expertise in design thinking, product development, and business innovation. In the past 22 years, he has focused on exploiting technology inflection points to drive long-term strategies, generate new revenue streams, and establish operational efficiencies in a broad range of industries including marketing, business consulting, and media.

His experience includes designing content management solutions for internally- and externally-facing websites and portals, leading the brand development effort for a new global process outsourcing service, overseeing long-term strategy and ongoing operations of digital communications channels for a large media holding company, and providing consulting and planning services focused on digital marketing and eCommerce.

Mr. Stanback holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, a certification in Digital Media Sales from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and a certification in Product Management from the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM).

Mr. Stanback lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and three children. When not working, he fuels his creativity through abstract painting or clears his mind with an evolving yoga practice.
